Hi it's Marcel, I'm German by origin but live and work in beautiful Norway. I started as a graphic designer maaaany years age but evolved over the years to be a service designer now. I work in public services but have some experience from finance, energy and industry. I am interested in how to use technology to provide better services to the citizens.
