After SDGC16 in Amsterdam was all about how business as usual is becoming unusual and SDGC17 in Madrid focused on how to deliver Service Design at Scale, in 2018 the service design community will meet in Dublin to explore Designing to Deliver, how we move from service design methods and tools to delivery, management, measurement, and other emerging topics. At the moment we are still accepting speaker submissions (have a look on the bottom of the page) to compose a high class lineup for an inspiring programme.

In the meantime have a look for the presentation slides of SDGC16 and SDGC17 and the video highlights from Amsterdam and Madrid or check this page for the next speaker announcements.
