Michelin’s Customer Innovation Labs are located in North America, Europe, and Asia. The Labs work across all Michelin’s business lines to test and prepare new business opportunities to go to market. The Lab approach is based on empathetic interviews with people as a way to build strong insights into their real needs. Those insights drive the development of prototypes which are then tested and iterated until a value proposal can be stabilized.
