Senior Service Designer
London / Remote

Senior Service Designer / UX Designer

Want to make a positive impact on the spaces around you through human-centred design? Are you an empathetic designer with a passion for connecting parallel worlds together?

We are looking for a well-versed creative thinker who has experience of design thinking and service design tools and methods and uses them in anger across multiple sectors. You have experience of unpacking a few complex areas with projects to share and have a fun and engaging way of sharing those stories about the good, the bad and the ugly.

You can tell us how you were part of a team that helped rethink the way of seeing the world around you and what outcomes were achieved. You will help our clients to co-create with them from stakeholder management through strategic intent to co-developing digital and physical solutions that inspire change. We want someone who is great at exploring the problem space from a human-centered perspective, adapting and adopting along the way to find a pathway that inspires individuals to challenge and co-create ideas that move them and their organisation forward using design.

You should bring a set of blended experiences across the areas of service design and design thinking first and foremost, but we welcome those of you that have developed other knowledge levels from HCD, UX/UI and behavioral design backgrounds.

You should be able to demonstrate your process as an individual and as part of a team, in helping unpack the problem space and then clearly articulating your ability to work within teams to rethink the back of house components required to deliver that seamless consumer/user experience. You should have at least 5 years’ experience of applying these skills in practice across several global sectors.

You will know your way around mapping and measuring pain points, identifying causes and solutions, finding new opportunities, and unpacking and leading the creation of service blueprints to envision new user-led experiences for our client’s products, services and experiences.

We have a great team of people who blend skillsets to deliver truly exciting and dynamic workflows, systems, processes and design output from rethinking the way rail operators move their passengers to aviation clients stitching back and front of house together.

Yes we think end to end, they all say that….but we have experience at every stage of delivering change with tangible outputs. We like thinking and doing in equal measure!
