SPIDER Project Hosts Service Design Conference for UK Public Sector

The Conference Is Focused On Staff Working Within Public Services.

Following the success of last years global conference in Cardiff the SDN UK Chapter have partnered with the SPIDER Project and UK partners PDR to host a service design conference for the public sector on 29th January.  

The conference is focused on staff working within public services and aims to raise awareness of service design and encourage public authorities to start using design as a strategic innovation process.

The conference promises a fantastic line up of speakers from organisations who are using service design in this way including; The Government Digital Service, UK Policy Lab, MacMillian Cancer Support, Futuregov, PDR, Ideakliniken, Shropshire Council/IP&E, LiveWork and Cricket Wales.
