Chapter events - United States

With disruptive technological and market shifts, the practice of communication and interaction design is rapidly transforming.

How will design be practiced and taught in the future? How can designers (and design-centered companies) stay ahead of these changes with new skills and competencies? This presentation will introduce AIGA's Design Futures trends, published in late 2018, as well as the results of ongoing research and community engagement on the topic.
