Understanding the interactions that customers, employees, and distribution channel partners have with your business gives you a distinct competitive advantage. This is Service Design in a nutshell.

In this two hour session we will introduce key concepts to Service Design, as well as dive deep into one particular tool of interest: the Service Blueprint.

We're offering this free workshop as part of St. Louis Design Week. Come learn about service design, connect with other professionals, and gain a valuable tool you can put into practice.

This session is a part of the Venture Cafe Gathering, a weekly gathering of innovators and entrepreneurs every Thursday from 3-8pm. Anyone is welcome to come participate and connect with the community every Thursday. Find out what's going on this week on their calendar: vencafstl.org.
