Service Design is an emerging practice in New Zealand with a growing number of organisations in the public and private sectors that are investing in developing their capabilities in this area.
We want to create a platform to to bring practitioners, academics, students and organisations together to develop, promote and strengthen the knowledge and practice of Service Design in New Zealand.
We invited 2 keynote speakers to share some of the awesome work they we've been doingKeynote 1: Nicola Holden (PwC's Experience Centre) How to co-design accessible bus services with the blind community Nicola Holden will talk about what she learned while co-designing more accessible bus services with the blind community in Auckland. She'll share insights about how to facilitate design thinking (a visual process) with a non-visual team, and some videos of their sprint process, prototypes and findings Keynote 2: Steph Creasy (Digital Arts Network) The benefit of using Service Design to help organisations deliver great digital experiences Digital Arts will be talking to the benefit of using Service Design to help organisations deliver great digital experiences. This will be focused on how we worked with ANZ to initiate a new service vision for Home Owners.
