Service innovation is the core of competition for the modern financial service industry, and service design provides the vital power and effective way for service innovation.

On 9th, November 2019, Prof. Guosheng Wang and the team were invited to conduct a service design training for the senior managers of Zhongyuan Bank in Zhengzhou, helped the banking industry to use service design thinking for service innovation.

This training includes two parts. The theory lecture broadened trainees' knowledge and understanding of service innovation at the theoretical level, improved service design thinking ability and innovation consciousness. The service design workshop aimed to help them master the service design tools and methods in practice, developed the team's collective thinking and ability to solve specific problems.
