What to expect?

Climate change, the rise of artificial intelligence and increased global uncertainty will usher in radical changes over the coming decades. We can't predict the future, but as service designers we can identify possible opportunities, manage risks, and work towards a preferred outcome. In this two-part online workshop, we’ll introduce the concept of developing a futures mindset on a service design project, scanning the horizon for possibilities, and applying that insight to make better decisions in the present.
