In this issue of Touchpoint, we aim to explore how service design and product management can effectively bridge their differences and, crucially, how service design can thrive in product-led organisations
During the roundtable, Krisztián Komandi, Jod Kaftan, and Editor-in-Chief Jesse Grimes will be joined by several authors who will share their contributions and the themes touched on in the issue. The event is free and open to all.
