Learn how Service Design can help to shape the healthcare system of the future

Event Description

The healthcare system faces many challenges as it looks towards its own future. Among them is an aging global population, growing concerns about patient privacy, and ever-increasing costs of care, not to mention a rise in occurrence of global pandemics and the heightened impact of social determinants of health on patient outcomes.

What role can service design play in addressing these issues? How might service designers evolve a $12 trillion global industry? What challenges might service designers face in doing so? Our very own David Russo will moderate a panel of three speakers for this event – Kerilyn "KP" Tacconi (she/her), Yasmin McCall (she/her), and Carol Massá (she/her).
