Meet our guest - Milla Mäkinen
Milla Mäkinen is a solution oriented and innovative Change Designer and Facilitator specialized in experience design. She is an internationally accredited Service Design Master Trainer / Coach by the Service Design Network and a PhD candidate in the Culture-based Service Design Doctoral Program of the University of Lapland. Her specialities include customer and employee needs assessment using ethnographic and service design tools, process design based on service design thinking, co-creative workshop design and facilitation for understanding customer needs and experiences and facilitation of co-creation processes for producing new services.
