Nadia Danhash, Director InnovationRCA
Nadia is a manager and business developer who has spent ten years at the RCA developing enterprise and entrepreneurship programmes and supporting graduate entrepreneurs. Prior to that she held a number of roles in the biotech sector with senior positions in business development, strategic marketing and general management at GE Healthcare Life Sciences with worldwide responsibility for its industrial molecular biology business which manufactured in plants in Europe and the USA. At the RCA, Nadia leads the Royal College of Art's enterprise and entrepreneurship centre, InnovationRCA and in this role, she is responsible overall for the development and commercialisation of RCA Intellectual Property as well as the InnovationRCA incubator which incubates design-led start-ups founded by RCA graduates. Nadia’s experience also includes relationship management and licensing.
Judah Armani, Founder and Director, InHouse Records
Judah leads co-creative teams from across the problem space in fostering projects of change. He is an interdependent outsider and has developed a methodology of change formed by the principles of relationships, conversations & networks and informed by nature. Having spent ten years creating initiatives of social change in the area of homelessness, he is currently operating within a decade of exploring the criminal justice system. InHouse Records is the latest of these initiatives, an award winning record label operating in and out of prison, providing safer communities, less victims of crime and reducing re-offending. He's an associate lecturer at the RCA, a researcher at the Design Against Crime unit at Central St Martins and a Visiting Fellow at Rhode Island School of Design.
