About Stefano:


Stefano Mastrogiacomo is the lead author of High-Impact Tools for teams, and the Founder of the Team Alignment Co. 


Stefano has also been leading digital projects and advising project teams in international organizations for more than 20 years (Cartier, Doctors Without Borders, Pictet, Rothschild, Caterpillar, World Economic Forum, Applied Materials, Kuwait Oil Company, etc.), while teaching and doing research at the University of Lausanne, Switzerland. 


He has also been teaching project management at the Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne (EHL). His work is interdisciplinary and anchored in project management, change management, psycholinguistics, evolutionary anthropology and design thinking.
