My work in service experience design spans across a wide variety of fields, including retail, hospitality, education, and food and beverage (F&B) sector. My experience has allowed me to fine-tune my research in brands, industries and markets, as well as presenting, facilitating, and developing workshops and co-creation sessions for clients. 

I make hands-on and tangible contributions at every phase of the design process, from research, concept development, and service blueprinting, to piloting the project. As a professional, coordinating the implementation and testing best practice business processes are of importance. In each project, I strive to be a hands-on design expert, shaping the concept and seeing it through to implementation across a variety of devices and platforms.
