My main areas of interest are social innovation practice in design, user experience and service design fields. This has resulted in the number of international research projects and I'm currently completing a doctorate in the field of Service Design. I'm a tenured member of staff at the Cape Peninsula University of Technology in Cape Town, South Africa. I've collaborated with other professionals to produce two design textbooks and have presented at numerous design and education conferences.
