Taija’s interest in Service Design
The World Economic Forum predicts that all products will have become services by year 2030. My interest in service design is enabling new service models and service growth... with also providing tools to intelligently automate the designed services. End customers and users are expecting more customer specific services responding to their individual needs. Legacy systems in the corporate world are not offering the capability for flexible monetization and end-to-end digitalization of dynamic services.
