Service Design Day (June 1) is dedicated to service design enthusiasts, a world wide event to bring together people from different background and disciplines. Together, we will celebrate service design, raise awareness and create impact in the world around us.

Chapter Management

Chapter Management

Responsible for the management, administration and strategic development of the 40+ local Chapters. Support Chapters to apply, build, fulfill requirements and become an official Chapter. Monitor development and growth, offer guidance and report Chapter status to the National Chapter Board in regular meetings.
