Sodeh Mohammadabadi

I am a Product & Service designer, and mentor of Design Thinking for business with a Professional Doctorate in Digital Transformation from the University of Tehran. With over 15 years of experience as a designer in the IT, telecom, and e-learning industries, I have a proven track record of driving innovation within both established organizations and startups.


Passionate about social innovation, I co-founded 'Aziz,' a startup focused on providing digital services to the elderly, addressing their unique challenges in navigating the digital world. In collaboration with esteemed faculty and IT experts from Sharif University of Technology, we aim to improve the quality of life for seniors through technology.

I have experience launching several other startups, such as 'Yadabook,' which aimed to cultivate a reading habit and deep learning through books. This was achieved by combining behavioral design techniques for habit formation with a blended e-learning model to provide unrestricted access to books, supplementary resources, and audio narrations.


My expertise lies in fostering social innovation, organizational innovation, and promoting a culture of creativity and design thinking. I am dedicated to designing user-centric solutions that drive positive social impact.

Service Design is the art of crafting people, infrastructure, and communication to enhance service quality and user interaction. For me, it's where creativity meets strategy, solving complex problems to create seamless, meaningful experiences. By understanding user needs and emotions, we design services that are not only functional but truly enjoyable. With my engineering & business background and passion for innovation, I develop solutions that improve efficiency and satisfaction, ensuring every touchpoint works harmoniously. Service design is a transformative tool, making services more intuitive and impactful for everyone.
