I work as a Services Experience Leader at IKEA Finland, where I lead the design and development of the country services offer across physical and digital touchpoints. My role includes aligning services with customer needs, business goals, and sustainability targets, while collaborating closely with functions such as sales, fulfilment, and marketing.
Alongside my role at IKEA, I’m part of the SDN Events Boards as well as the Content Team for the Service Design Global Conference 2025, where I contribute to shaping especially the speaker experience and conference content.
