Through education, I acquired experience in product design and co-creation process at the Inclusive Design lab. Joined Hitachi, Ltd. as an Interaction Designer responsible for designing services and systems for the Railway industry. Currently, I've engaged in a project to formulate visions of future public transportation. My roles involve identifying societal issues, development of use-cases, business models, technology and strategy.
