Hi, I’m a UX Strategist & Service Designer. I’ve been working on user-centered products since 2010.

I have designed products for companies such as Eventim, Pinion Digital (Autobahn Tank & Rast), Fitogram × Urban Sports Club, Lufthansa Innovation Hub, von Rundstedt, MyMuesli, Deutsche Telekom Medien, Deutsche Telekom Laboratories, T-Systems, and more.

In addition to my consulting work, I have held positions as Head of User Experience, Interim Head of Product, and Design Lead.

I enjoy working on complex challenges, whether for start-ups or large companies. Together with the client, I create a user-centered design approach and develop strategies for innovative solutions that delight users while creating a competitive advantage.
