About Patrick Quattlebaum
I am a designer, consultant, teacher, and author (Orchestrating Experiences: Collaborative Design for Complexity) who gets up every morning to bring creativity, rigor, and humanity to problem-solving
Throughout my career, I have worked with organizations desiring to transform their products and services to better meet the needs of people. Before forming my own consultancy, I was Managing Director at Adaptive Path and Head of Service Design at Capital One. In addition to consulting, I speak on and teach design regularly. I have taught thousands of practitioners in North America and Europe on topics such as service design, design strategy, design research, interaction design, and information architecture. My other passions—storytelling, film studies, improv, and music—often find their way into my design work.
