Hi there, I am an engineer, a technical product manager, and an involved citizen currently enrolled in MBA program at HEC Montreal.

Ever since my first workshop on Service Design, I have been obsessed with SD tools and methods and wanted to learn more. I had the chance to attend SDC 2018 and SDGC 2019.

I actively use Service Design for my work and social engagements and I enjoy it.
