I have spend all my career working with people from different backgrounds and having different roles when creating services. I enjoy this diversity the most!
I’ve walked the path through IT, product, service and business development. I have spent most of my career leading international and complex projects in various roles and always taking the customer’s view. I’ve lived and breathed stakeholder management. I’ve also focused on transformation design in strategic change, and it’s my favorite topic!
Niina’s interest in Service Design
I'm interested in organizational change and how service design can be used to support it. I'd like to understand how to motivate employees to make the change happen. Quite often it is back to basics, being able to influence, to be heard and open communication within the organization. I see service design as a great way to bring together end-customers and all stakeholders, including the employees.
