Hi everyone, I'm Molly-- a human-centered designer & user researcher with more than 8 years of experience in innovation and design of new programs, services, and experiences. My current work focuses on affordable housing. I have also worked on projects focused on civic innovation, youth and workforce development, education, public health, and organizational culture and capacity building.

My expertise includes: qualitative and ethnographic research, facilitation, training, and co-design, synthesis and strategy development into early stage prototyping, pilot testing, and evaluation. I'm fluent in Spanish and Portuguese and have work experience in Paraguay, Brazil, Mexico, Ghana, Chile, Colombia, Honduras, Turkey, and the United States.
