I'm Massimo and I'm a multilingual, SAFe certified Product Owner and Product Manager. I'm also a UX Researcher and conference organizer, with over 15 years of experience in Finance, UX/CX, Service Design and Product Management.

My main focus is to support companies in achieving their business goals by delivering high quality products that meet user expectations. My passion is to solve complex problems by creating solutions that are simple and intuitive from both a technical and business perspective.

In my spare time, you can find me flying drones or stand-up paddling on Lake Zurich, or, I might be urban gardening.
