About Marta Perez
User Researcher – Telefónica
With over seven years of experience working with multinational organisations such as Sky, P&G and Telefónica on designing new processes, tools, and methodologies to drive innovation and identify consumer insights, Marta has developed a passion for design research and idea management. During this time, she has always combined her work as a business practitioner with academic research. She holds a Master’s degree in Design Research and Innovation Management, a PhD in Design Driven Innovation at Birmingham City University and has published several conference papers, including the Design Management Institute Conference.
