From Research to Implementation: That has been my experience for the last 5 years of my career, with different small companies, in its majority startups. Today in my first corporate job, I support a team of 36 designers to conduct research and support the development of several internal and external products.
Service Design for me has been the perfect set of tools to create a better understanding of the complexity of the intangible. A discipline that conceives collaboration and communication at its core, allowing designers to be facilitators of knowledge.
