Maria Luisa’s interest in Service Design
Integrated designers are individuals that are capable to understand both global and street-level context. The program is training students on how to solve complex problems and enhance their critical thinking through out business classes and contextual design research. Service Design is the field that offer them the perfect arena where students are gaining in-depth understanding of stakeholder, gaining profound insight into user perspectives and real-time service insights. Service Design is training them how to reveal customer expectations of services, create recognisable archetype, and visualize the intangible.
