I’m a straight forward and highly organised individual and champion creative/innovative strategies to help businesses identify gaps and resolve problems. I’m always on the lookout for something to improve through my genuine care and attention towards customer experience. 

Currently I am the founder of my own clothing rental startup, a service that aims to reduce the negative environmental impact from the fashion industry; and the waste accumulation caused by the customers. I am using service design to challenge customer consumption behaviour and to support them in the shift from owning to a collaborative fashion consumption.
