Hello, my name is Lianne. I am a Strategic Change Officer at Nottingham Trent University. I work within the Business Transformation Team of our Strategic Planning and Change Department. I work on a variety of change management projects where collaborative working, customer journey mapping and empathy building are key to successful implementation. I'm keen to introduce more Service Design methodology into my work and to the institution. I have used some of the tools and techniques within my recent projects and I am keen to learn more from this community along with helping others.
