Hi I’m Katinka, Lead Service Designer at the Admiral Pioneer Studio team.

I’m passionate about user-centred design, experimentation and services that bring value to customers life. In the past 10 years I worked across various industries, from hospitality and retail to technology, social innovation and the public sector. 

In 2020, I joined Admiral Pioneer and started my Insure tech journey :) It has been a busy start and I feel fortunate to be part of the founding Team of Toolbox the first business of our Future of Work domain. Besides Toolbox, I’m working closely across the Pioneer portfolio businesses; supporting Veygo - our first mobility business which is offering flexible short term car cover, Nalahlife - a new health venture which is in its early days and Kooalys - our French mobility insurtech focusing on green fleet insurance.

In the last year I started growing our Service Design team from one to four Service Designers! A big part of my role is to build Service Design capabilities and a user-centred mindset across Admiral Pioneer and the wider Admiral Businesses.
