When I first learned about Service Design; it opened a completely new world of career possibilities and ways of helping improve people’s lives. Therefore, in 2013 I changed my career, studying and working as a Service Designer. In Brazil this kind of profession is still in its baby steps, but fortunately I have been given a chance to show a big and traditional IT company how my work can help them improve their customer satisfaction by applying design thinking tools.
