About Joshua Wesolowski
I currently design in-restaurant touch points with the goal of improving the customer experience.
I have a background in Industrial Design with several years of furniture and retail design experience. I received my MS in Product Design and Development Management from Northwestern (MPD2) program in 2014. Since 2015, I've been at McDonald's as a retail concept designer focused on the US Market. More recently, I've moved over to the Global Development team, still focused on the US and new/improving retail touch points.
Joshua’s interest in Service Design
I'd like to develop my Service Design abilities to help improve our restaurant designs and provide a holistic customer experience. I want to be the expert in the room that can bring truly cross-functional teams together to create positive lasting change within our restaurants.
