I’m an Experience Design Group Director at EY Design Studio in Manhattan, New York. Within my role I serve as the US Lead for Service Design at EY, collaborating with partners in the EMEIA region to build out our global Service Design community in the firm. I'm also a global subject matter expert application reviewer for the EY Badges program in Design Thinking.
I believe the best experiences are designed by understanding users' goals, within the context of their activities and environment, factoring ecosystem implications beyond the primary interaction.
My process includes gaining awareness from observational insights, interviews, collaborating with subject matter experts, conceptual modeling, and rapid prototyping towards the most suitable design. My professional work ranges from designing new features for implementation directly into existing systems, to casting long-term visions of future service and product experiences.
I frequently contribute to strategic training initiatives dealing with design research, persona development, service design methods and journey mapping.
