I’ve started to be involved in projects in CRM, from different perspectives, as a consultant and as a client, so I’ve learned to know very well the space between been a good project leader and a excellent project leader. On the different steps that I’ve done in the CRM arena, I’ve evolved from the simple way of knowing and interacting with customer, on all the channels of contact with my clients, to a greater evolution and integration information, has part of the processes, that we currently call the “Customer Journey”.
