To me, service design means...

Service design provides the underlying ethos that informs everything I do professionally. Service design practices allow me to avoid reinforcing harmful silos or ineffective processes in my technology and process engineering work, and the co-creative, boundary-spanning nature of the practice allows organizations to better understand themselves and how they operationalize decisions.
