After completing her studies of tourism management in Vienna, Isabelle Goller worked as a marketing coordinator for a hotel chain and as a brand consultant at a branding agency. Convinced of the necessity for and benefits of service design, she founded one of the first design agencies with a focus on Service Design in Austria. After moving back to Vorarlberg she founded a new company with two long-time partners: Estuar

Isabelle is an active member of the Service Design Network, co-founder of Service Design Vorarlberg and lectures at various Universities in Austria. As a service designer and innovation consultant she and her partners work with big companies as well as with SME, founders and start ups.
