I’ve led 30+ service design initiatives across the public and private sectors spanning Postal, Logistics & Transportation, Healthcare & Pharmaceuticals, Foodtech, E-commerce, Government, and Entertainment, crafting human-centered services that bridge strategy and execution.
My work combines deep user and backstage research, service blueprinting, prototyping, and systems thinking to create scalable, meaningful impact.
From redesigning courier and customer support ecosystems to shaping cold-chain delivery services and streamlining backstage operations, I work across the full service spectrum from discovery to implementation. I bring empathy, structure, and creativity into every collaboration, helping teams navigate complexity and deliver services that truly serve.
Whether I’m mentoring in national hackathons and training programs, mapping systems for critical services, or designing new tools for public access, I focus on co-creating services that work — for people, and with them.
