About Gregory Ronczewski
I have over 25 years of professional experience. For the last 14 years I have been running my multidisciplinary consulting studio helping clients to tell their stories through a variety of projects.
Over the years, I successfully applied a Service Design approach to almost every project, specifically looking at experiences and emotions that are often neglected, yet responsible for most of our decisions. I am a graduate from the Academy of Fine Arts in Gdansk, Poland with two Masters—Interior Architecture and Graphic Design, and I am a Certified Graphic Designer by The Society of Graphic Designers of Canada.
Gregory’s interest in Service Design
If you look at the enormous interest in the design and the design thinking in recent years, or research in neuroscience and what motivates humans, or the role of a designer, I must say, it is a very exciting time to be one. As Ezio Manzini writes in his book “Design, When Everybody Designs”, the role of a professional designer is to become a catalyst in the co-creative process and Service Design approach is the key method that shape our relation with almost every aspect of our life.
