To me, service design means...
For me a Service Designer acts as the glue between all parties involved in delivering optimal experiences. He has a T-Profile which makes that he can survive both business and design conversations, on a hard technical and or softer human psycho-logic level. He's a generalist who knows when to call in expert capabilities along the path from strategy to execution.
