Insatiably curious about human interactions, adaptable yet reflective, critical about business goals and tech constraints, I am a multi-faceted Service Designer with over 12 yr consulting experience.
From the Tourism, Publishing and Software Industries, I am currently involved with National Government Departments and City Council projects. A passionate advocate of User-Centred Design, I have contributed to large-scale transformation programs by conceiving and delivering change through learning experiences to end-users and coaching fellow trainers alike. I enjoy conceiving and facilitating workshops for engagement with public sectors, ideation with executive groups and feedback gathering. From user research, prototyping and usability testing, to mapping detailed blueprints, I collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a better service to your customers and backstage users.
