Hi ! My name is Florie Remond. I defended the first Phd thesis devoted to Services Science in France in 2011. After 12 years dedicated to service design in various contexts, I now work to raise awareness of eco-design in the field of services and help companies to align their strategy and their services with their values and those of their customers.

Service Design is a very powerful practice because it takes into account all dimensions and all layers of services. This holistic approach makes it possible to improve existing services and create the services of tomorrow. And it is constantly evolving thanks to an enthusiastic and passionate community!
