Eva’s interest in Service Design
Pink Floyd, Davie Bowie, Frida Kahlo. These are just a handful of blockbuster exhibitions that make the V&A great – and are also the greatest sources of online revenue for the museum. What many people might not realise is that launching an exhibition online takes weeks to set up and requires 7 teams to work up against a set press deadline. A lack of process caused many exhibitions to be set up incorrectly. As an organisation of over 800 employees, the V&A needed a new process to launch exhibitions smoothly. In this talk, Eva will share just how service design has turned the exhibition launch set-up into an efficient collaboration and induced culture change.
