About Eras Gous
I’m a problem solver with 15 years of industry experience in Customer Experience Design, Strategy and Marketing. I have built up a broad experience base working for large multinational Information Technology Companies, Financial Services Providers and Marketing Agencies within the WPP, Omnicom and Interpublic group.
I am currently part of a multi-disciplinary team designing new experiences and improving existing experiences within a financial services provider. We investigate how customers and employees interact with the a service through first person research, identify each individual's needs as well as the business' capabilities and constraints, and develop a service that is more efficient and a better experience for all who use it.
