About Dilara Durak
With a master’s degree in Service and Experience Design, I have the ability to understand and improve the overall customer experience and the quality of interactions between people.
My previous experiences with different companies and projects have further strengthened my ability to investigate and research customer experience, service innovation and service branding. In addition, the Industrial Design education I received both in Turkey and Greece provided me the sense of general design ability.
