Service design is the process of orchestrating touchpoints and define how they interact with each and with the user. It's delivering an experience as a service, that should be usable, easy and desirable. Above all the service should be designed as a performance rooted in a deep understanding of user behaviours, their likes and their needs, to enable new solutions that are innovative and efficient, for both user and service providers.
