I am currently engaged as an internal consultant advising small and medium-sized business and non-profits on ways to improve their operational effectiveness
I have over 30 years of experience delivering superior design and process improvement results in a wide range of applications that include physical places, business operations and stakeholder engagement. My skills include an efficient and organized work style with a focus on ethnographic research, active listening, team collaboration, organizational learning and continuous improvement. In both my professional and civic roles I apply a “design thinking” approach that utilizes both right-brain creativity and left-brain analysis that is driven by my curiosity about how things currently work and by my desire to uncover new solutions for how things could work better.
